Overview

In this session, Andre Marquis and Mark Searle will discuss key steps that corporate innovators can take to avoid pitfalls and deliver meaningful results to C-level decision makers. The speakers have both been Lecturers in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UC. Berkeley. This session draws on their experiences creating corporate innovation programs, launching startups, and working directly with hundreds of corporate innovation teams across dozens of large companies. Andre Marquis is the CEO of Hypershift, an enterprise software company that is setting out to transform innovation departments' process and use of data in the same way that CRM software transformed sales. Mark Searle is the Managing Director of the Innovation Acceleration Group, a services firm that provides innovation programs, coaching, and consulting, often in partnership with Hypershift, and in partnership with the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology at U.C. Berkeley. If you've been wondering, "How do I avoid pitfalls? Deliver results? Impress the C-suite?" this webinar is for you.
